Terms and Conditions of Sale and Other General Information
In case of any dispute, Courts in Varanasi only will have jurisdiction.
Navratan reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
Jewellery sold can be exchanged at the outlet for the same value of invoice provided it has been brought back in the condition in which it was sold, within seven (7) working days from the date of invoice/sale. Any tempering /alteration/repair of the jewellery sold would not entitle the customer to get a full value exchange of the same. No cash refund can be made for the jewellery exchange. The decision of the Navratan outlet shall be final in this regard.
If payment is made by the cheque or demand draft, delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realization of the instrument amount.
Navratan Exchange Rules
Price of stone is separated from gold. Price of the stone be fixed as per market rate during the time of return.
22/22 or 91.6% marked ornaments having purity is about 92%. Its returning value will be 100% on weight as per market rate.
18/18 marked ornament’s purity is 75%. We return 100% of weight for the same of 18 carat gold as per market rate.
Bill is necessary during exchange of sale in time.
At the time of exchange of jewellery purchased from us, we will value the price on the following basis. The gold content will be valued on the basis of the company’s prevailing gold rate on the date of exchange. The weight of the gold will be net of all pearls, stones, lac, dust, dirt, and other extraneous material. Diamonds, Platinum and other precious and semi-precious stones will be valued with appropriate deductions on the prevailing rates.
The Navratan exchange rules may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.
